LFS is the culmination of a decade of coaching everyday people through transformational weight loss achievements, fitness and strength improvements, overcoming mental health issues, rebuilding relationships with food and exercise, and skyrocketing the energy, vitality and quality of life of everyday people.
It is fair to say each one of these achievements come with some serious obstacles - not only in achieving the thing, but more importantly with maintaining the result.
Luckily, over those years we have found the formula.
Last First Step has been meticulously designed to walk you STEP BY STEP, one day at a time through each and every ESSENTIAL FOUNDATION needed to create the life of your dreams, and more importantly - to MAINTAIN it.
Together we will create new foundations and completely overcome the things that have stopped you in the past like your belief systems, circle of influence, past conditioned mindsets, relationships with food/ exercise, habit elimination and creation, education around calories/ nutrients, dealing with cravings and triggers, shifting your identity... to name just a few.
